Courier service procedures

a) Ordering courier services:

• Through the CDEK-AZ mobile application;
• Through a Personal Account on the website;
• By phone to customer support;
• By e-mail;
• At the order pick-up point.

b) Time intervals for the provision of courier services:

• Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00;
• Saturday/Sunday: days off.

c) Courier’s pick-up procedure:

• Notification of the client’s arrival at the set time;
• Identification of the sender;
• Checking whether the content matches the declared content;
• Weighing and measuring the shipment;
• Receiving the payment and issuing the payment receipt.

d) Courier’s delivery procedure:

• Preliminary approval of the delivery time;
• Arrival of the courier at the specified address;
• Identification of the recipient;
• Making the necessary payments with the recipient;
• Transfer of the shipment with the registration of documents.
