Where is my package now?
We are sure that everything is fine with your package. If you are unable to track the status of a shipment or the delivery route has suddenly changed, there are explanations for this.:
- If the order status is «Created», it means that the sender has not yet sent the order to us or less than 12 hours have passed since the transfer;
- The shipment number is incorrect. For example, when ordering from an online store, you might be given a namesake’s track number. Pay attention to the recipient’s initials when tracking the parcel status on the website;
- Deviation from the route, which is often associated with transport problems. It happens that it is faster to deliver a parcel via a complex route than directly. We usually promptly find out about violations in the delivery routes, so we try to send your order by the shortest route from the nearest sorting center.
