How do I issue an invoice?
The client can choose the most convenient way to issue the invoice:
- On on the SDEK website — through your Personal Account;
- In mobile application SDEC;
- By phone at the call center, the operator will receive the data, after which the Key Account Manager will contact you and issue an invoice;
- In any case the point where SDEC orders are issued: the staff will help to arrange all necessary documents on the spot.
For legal entities working under a contract, there is a separate Personal Account with advanced functionality. You can get access to it from a designated manager or from the office where the contract was signed.
