How can I track the delivery of international orders?

International delivery via SDEC is carried out in two ways:

1. To the CIS countries (Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan)

  • The SDEC invoice is being issued;
  • You can track the movement of the parcel on the SDEC website, in in the mobile application or in the client’s Personal Account.

2. To other countries (Europe, America, etc.) — through partners:

  • The client transfers the shipment to the SDEC;
  • The employee draws up the SDEC invoice;
  • The invoice number is recorded in the system and transmitted to the client for tracking.

Thus, all stages of delivery can be controlled through the SDEC services.
