How can I track a parcel?
You can track the parcel by its track number or phone number. If you have a track number, enter it in the form at on the site, in mobile application or Personal Account (the «Login» button on the main page).
To track a parcel by phone number, log in to your Personal Account or install the app and log in. All orders linked to your number will be automatically added to the history.
