How can I track a parcel by phone number?

This can be done in your Personal Account (the «Login» button on the main page site) or in in the mobile application. To do this, log in: enter your phone number, and you will receive a confirmation code to log in. All valid orders linked to your number will appear in the «My parcels» section automatically. You will be able to see where your package is currently located. If desired, you can change the address and delivery date.
