How can I track a parcel by its track number?
Enter the track number in the special field on the site of the SDEC. Or log in using your phone number in your Personal Account (click the «Log in» button on home page) or in the mobile application. Information about your deliveries will automatically appear on the screen — you will not have to enter the track number.
