You can calculate the shipping cost in calculator on the website, in mobile application or Personal Account (the «Login» button on the main page). Specify the cities of dispatch and destination, the weight and dimensions of the parcel. If you don’t know the exact ones, please write approximate ones, as the parcel will be measured and weighed upon shipment in order to calculate the final shipping cost.

If the order is sent with payment upon receipt (cash on delivery), the cost can be found in mobile application or Personal Account (the «Login» button on the main page). When the parcel arrives at the pick-up point or warehouse, you will receive a notification with the amount to be paid.

If you are a legal entity with a contract with SDEC, the full order history with all data, including the cost, is available in your Personal Account.

When issuing an invoice, two indicators are taken into account: the actual weight and the volume (overall) weight of the cargo. If the volume weight exceeds the actual weight, the cost of transportation is calculated based on the volume weight.
