How do I contact the courier?

If you want to change the courier’s time or place of arrival, please contact customer support (+994 12 210 80 79 ).
The courier will call you himself 30-60 minutes before arrival. However, you can contact him using the contacts that will become available when the parcel is delivered. You will receive a notification in the mobile app with details, including the courier’s phone number.

If you don’t have a mobile app, you will receive a notification via SMS or in one of the messengers installed on your phone. If you do not see the notification, specify the courier’s contacts in Personal account (the «Login» button on the main page).
