If you pack the parcel yourself, adhere to the general principles: the packaging must ensure the safety of the contents during transportation, protect from moisture, dust and damage, exclude unnoticeable opening and be convenient for transportation.

• Documents — use strong A4 envelopes with moisture protection and be sure to provide correct address information;
• Parcels — choose strong boxes or packages, use shock-absorbing and protective materials for fragile items, do not pack them together with heavy things;
• Fragile goods — be sure to mark the packaging with warning signs.

Remember: you cannot completely pack the attachment (wrap it tightly with foil or tape) and seal the box. The employee must carefully inspect the contents before receiving the shipment and check it for compliance with the requirements.
