The track number of the shipment is indicated on the invoice under the barcode.

To find out where the package is now, enter the track number in the special field on the corresponding the page of the site.

Or log in using your phone number in your Personal Account (click the «Log in» button on home page) or in the mobile application. Information about your deliveries will automatically appear on the screen — you will not have to enter the track number.

If you specified the recipient’s e-mail address when sending the parcel, they will receive a notification with the track number. We also send push notifications about new orders to all owners of the mobile app.
