Upon receipt of the parcel/document, the recipient must provide:

• Tracking number or mobile phone number indicated on the invoice;
• Identification document (including passport, driver’s license);
• Signature on the invoice confirming receipt.

The parcel can be received by another person, provided that the following documents are provided:

• Tracking number or mobile phone number specified in the invoice;
• Your identity document, as well as the recipient’s passport data (preferably in the form of a photo);
• Signature on the invoice confirming receipt.

Please note: in the event of an insured event (damage, loss, theft, embezzlement, re-shipment or substitution of cargo), the customer must document the compliance of the contents of the parcel with the stated value.
