Documents required to receive an order
Upon receipt of the parcel/document, the recipient must provide:
- The tracking number or mobile phone number indicated on the waybill;
- An identity document (including a passport, driver’s license);
- A signature on the waybill to confirm receipt.
The parcel may be received by another person provided the following documents are provided:
- The tracking number or mobile phone number indicated on the waybill;
- The recipient’s identity document, as well as the recipient’s passport information (a photo is acceptable);
- A signature on the waybill to confirm receipt.
Please note: In the event of an insured event (damage, loss, theft, pilferage, mis-sorting, or substitution of cargo), the client must provide documentary evidence of compliance contents of a parcel of declared value.
